Job summary

Bowman Consulting in Houston is seeking an Engineer III, Structural (Oil & Gas) to provide senior technical leadership on large-scale civil projects. You will oversee design, planning, and execution, driving innovation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil/structural engineering, strong communication, and advanced software proficiency. PE licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in structural/Civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles for energy projects.
• Strong proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
• Solid understanding of environmental and sustainability considerations.
• Deep knowledge of geotechnical and structural engineering concepts.
• Familiar with industry codes, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• High integrity and strong relationship-building abilities.
