Constellation Energy Corporation is seeking a senior engineering professional to perform advanced technical problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. You will act as a resource and technical expert to engineers, making critical decisions with knowledge of industry codes and regulations.

The role emphasizes applying practical engineering discipline, leading short- and long-term programs, and ensuring quality and safety in all analyses and designs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 years nuclear experience or related engineering experience.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Directly fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact site operations.
• Perform engineering tasks as assigned by supervision applying engineering principles.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work with proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria, practices, procedures and codes.
• Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
• Recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by management, including outage support.
