Qualifications

• 9+ years progressive related experience in structural/civil engineering.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Experience in Nuclear Quality and Safety Environment.
• Proficient in structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Originate and check complex structural engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate technical documents with other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports on design issues.
• Manage project activities and assist in constructability reviews.
• Mentor subordinate engineers and designers.

Skills

Structural analysis software proficiency (SAP 2000, GTSTRUDL, ANSYS)

Independent execution of detailed designs

Knowledge of AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI 318, ASCE 7

Presentation skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in structural/civil engineering
