Job summary

Josh Pros LLC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for our Fulton, MD office. The candidate will lead design efforts for steel, concrete, and masonry structures, mentor a growing team, and work closely with business development to win projects.

The role requires 10–15 years of structural experience, PE or SE licensure, and proficiency with industry software. On-site collaboration with our multi-discipline office is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program is required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) is required.
• 10 to 15 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with software programs such as RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, RamSS, Etabs, Enercalc, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for commercial and industrial projects.
• Lead design team efforts and manage project teams for budget and schedule control.
• Develop fee and qualification-based proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to produce well-coordinated structural drawings.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
