Our client is a leading employee-owned engineering, consulting, and infrastructure firm with a century-long history of delivering complex energy, water, and infrastructure projects throughout North America and internationally.

The organisation is recognised as an industry leader in power generation, hydropower, dam safety, water resources, and critical infrastructure. With a significant backlog of work and continued investment across its power generation and hydropower divisions, the company is actively expanding its engineering teams throughout the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of structural engineering projects involving dams, powerhouses, spillways, hydraulic structures, pumped storage facilities, and power generation infrastructure.

The position combines design, analysis, inspections, client interaction, and project delivery, making it an excellent fit for engineers looking to broaden their technical and project management experience within the hydropower sector.

The team is open to engineers with varying levels of hydropower experience, provided they possess strong structural engineering fundamentals and an interest in complex infrastructure projects.

  • Perform structural analysis and design of dams, powerhouses, spillways, hydraulic structures, and associated infrastructure.
