We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our innovative AEC firm. This hybrid role involves leading structural design and analysis, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Lead design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
2. Utilize RISA 3D software for modeling and analysis.
3. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop integrated solutions.
4. Review and approve project drawings and reports.
5. Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
6. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance and safety.
7. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
9. Participate in client meetings, providing expert advice.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering within construction.
3. Proficiency in RISA 3D or similar software.
4. PE license and Structural Engineer (SE) licensure required.
5. Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
6. Leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
