Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in the United States is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer, PE, to lead the building structures team and manage project delivery.

You will design cast-in-place reinforced concrete framing for mid-rise and high-rise projects, mentor a small engineering team, and coordinate with architects and contractors.

Hybrid work approach with offices in Lawrence Township, NJ and Philadelphia, PA; salary ranges from $110,000 to $145,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with cast-in-place reinforced concrete design.
• Experience on mid-rise or high-rise buildings.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring small teams.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, building codes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of mid-rise and high-rise building projects.
• Provide technical direction to junior engineers.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other disciplines.
• Support project planning, budgets and schedules.
• Mentor a small team of engineers.
