Job summary

Quetica, LLC is seeking a full-time, licensed Structural Engineer in Colorado with 5+ years of professional experience. You will lead structural design, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project execution across government, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

The role offers hybrid/work-from-home flexibility with a Colorado residency requirement and occasional site visits to Denver metro projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis in structural.
• PE registration required; SE certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and AutoCAD/Revit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate technical activities in structural projects from conceptual stage through design and construction.
• Prepare design documents for structural systems, including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients.
• Consult with clients to prepare project specifications and provide estimates for scopes of work.
• Serve as project manager and lead structural design engineer; manage budgets.
• Perform quality control and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Support business development, including proposals and scope/fee development.
• Aid in design packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
