Job summary

Wiley|Wilson in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex steel and concrete projects from concept through construction documentation. The role demands strong technical skills and collaborative leadership across five offices.

Qualifications

10+ years of design experience focusing on steel and concrete structures.
ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) or Architectural Engineering.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the job location or eligible for reciprocity within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams in structural engineering tasks from calculations to reports.
Develop drawings and specifications with other disciplines from concept to construction documents.
Lead and mentor junior staff on-site and remotely across multiple offices.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, estimating, and client interviews.
Support construction administration with RFI responses, submittals reviews and site visits.
