Ideal candidates have at least five years of structural engineering experience and a strong ability to communicate clearly. Office locations in West Des Moines preferred; bolstered by opportunities in Bolingbrook or Kansas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Structural design and detailing for bridges, buildings, and treatment plant structures.
• Collaborate with planning, design and construction teams; potential to lead projects.
• Maintain effective client communication and project updates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct periodic on-site construction observations.
