Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead technical planning, analysis, and design of bridge and transportation-related projects. Ideal candidates should have 8–11 years of experience in structural design and hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

VHB's structural engineering group plays a vital role in developing and enhancing connectivity through infrastructure projects such as complex bridge and interchange designs, rehabilitation and inspection, pedestrian walkways, and transit stations. This diverse range of structural engineering services helps improve mobility for the traveling public. VHB is expanding its southeastern region and is in search of a Senior Structural Engineer. In this position, you will serve primarily in a lead technical role in the planning, analysis, design, and detailing of bridge and other transportation‑related structural projects—from highway to pedestrian to rail—as well as mentor our structural team. You will also serve as a Project Manager and be expected to assist with project pursuits. The ideal candidate should possess a "can‑do" attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work independently as well as with a team in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and engaging environment.
