Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced structural engineer to lead complex projects across commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients in the United States. You will direct design work from concept to completion, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with architects and contractors.

You will provide guidance to junior staff, supervise teams, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding high technical standards and safety. A PE license is required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Structural Engineer license or Professional Engineer.
• 8+ years experience in structural design and project leadership.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
