Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structures.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and American structural design codes and standards.
• Experience leading structural design activities and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to review drawings, calculations, and technical documentation for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures across multiple sectors.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Coordinate structural requirements with architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and process disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and deliver on project milestones while managing multiple projects.
