SSOE is seeking a Senior Structural Designer to lead structural design for industrial and commercial projects, coordinating across disciplines and mentoring project teams. The role emphasizes use of BIM and AI tools within workflows, with travel as required and responsibility for schedule, budget, and constructability.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in industrial/building projects, familiarity with ACC/BIM360, Bluebeam, and Navisworks, and a track record of delivering

Competenze

• Associate degree or certification in engineering or architectural fields preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience with SSOE as a Designer or 19 years experience with former employer(s).
• Mandatory experience on Industrial and Manufacturing building projects.
• Preferred experience on Data Center and/or Pharmaceutical projects.
• Working knowledge of BIM collaboration and review platforms including ACC/BIM360, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.

AI and Innovation

SSOE provides responsible access to industry large language models and vibe-coding platforms and integrates advanced BIM and AI tools into workflows. Training is provided to leverage AI tools for productivity and streamlining complex workflows.
