Job summary

SEH in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Project Manager to lead our bridge engineering team on projects across the state, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, staffing, client communication, and delivery for conventional and complex structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in MN.
• Experience managing bridge engineering projects including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
• Experience delivering bridge projects for state DOTs, counties, municipalities, or other public-sector transportation clients.
• Experience developing proposals, negotiating scope and fees, and securing bridge engineering work.
• Familiarity with AASHTO codes and design standards for new and replacement bridge structures.
• Familiarity with the MN DOT LRFD Bridge Design Manual.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge engineering projects located primarily in Minnesota, with opportunities to support projects in other states.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing coordination, client communication, and project delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Proficiency with design software (RISA/STAAD/OpenRoads/OpenBridge)
