• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Familiarity with Scrum Product Owner role and agile methods.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Hands-on with APIs, services architecture and platform capabilities.
• Able to translate technical requirements into business terms.
• Experience creating requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience using analytics to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesis.
• Strong communication to align engineering, design, business, and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for streaming/discovery.
• Lead work across content discovery and streaming experiences for live, linear, and on-demand.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define requirements for platform capabilities across Web, Mobile, and Connected Devices.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog with epics, user stories, and success metrics.
• Lead an Agile scrum team, forecast timelines, and coordinate cross-team deliverables.
• Become expert in MLB's streaming ecosystem including monetization, analytics, and fan journeys.
• Work with APIs, services contracts, and system architectures to ensure scalable decisions.
• Define content experiences across live, linear, and on-demand formats.
• Use analytics, experiments, and feedback to measure performance and guide investments.
• Aggregate alignment among engineering, design, business, content operations, ads, analytics, and leadership.
