• Shape the next generation of technology companies and required capabilities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Size markets, model financial scenarios, and build business cases for major decisions.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities including AI-related spend.
• Build analytical foundations and synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop client-ready materials for executive decisions.
• Lead and structure workstreams from framing to delivery.
• Ensure coherence and client-readiness across outputs.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel: Average 40 to 50% (up to 80% as needed).
