• Shape next-gen tech company strategies: where to play, how to win, required capabilities and operating model.
• Model markets and build business cases for major client decisions, including large-scale infrastructure and product investments.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across AI spend, infrastructure utilization, and overhead.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate complex ideas simply for executive decisions.
• Build and sustain Accenture's strategic client relationships at the executive level.
