Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Product and Business Strategy leader to coordinate cross-functional teams and translate high-level goals into scalable roadmaps. The Core team will drive foundational platform decisions and enable product success across Google's ecosystem.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, operations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact projects for engineers, PMs, UX, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience working with data, analytics, and technical teams to identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-range and annual strategy planning processes and translate high-level objectives into actionable roadmaps that empower Google’s product areas to innovate at scale.
• Act as a bridge across technical teams to support Core's strategic agenda.
• Synthesize massive amounts of data into insights that influence critical investment and trade-off decisions.
• Navigate highly ambiguous strategy projects to frame the problem, recommend solution alternatives, and drive alignment on go forward approaches.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $222000 - $308000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
