Projects you will work on will be acquisitions, joint ventures, saps as well as organic growth projects* Lead cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion.* Prepare and present investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.* Transform information and analyses into actionable decision frameworks.* Provide trusted counsel and market intelligence to senior leadership for short- and long-term strategic planning.**What Are We Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.* Minimum of 7 years of experience in building materials or related industries (e.g., mining, chemical manufacturing and operations management).* Demonstrated experience supporting or executing M&A transactions, joint ventures, or similar strategic investments, with significant contributions to diligence, valuation, and integration.* Strong ability to manage projects including leading and influencing cross‐functional teams through complex transactions and strategic change initiatives from diligence through execution* Proven experience developing investment cases, business plans, and financial models to support capital allocation and strategic decision‐making* Ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and decision frameworks for senior leadership**Work Environment** This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration.
