Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy to architect multi-channel media plans and lead campaign execution. You will manage complex accounts, align social storytelling with programmatic precision, and maintain strong client relationships across platforms.

The role requires organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize activation strategies using Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon DSP while driving value for client businesses.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of full-time experience in digital media optimization.
• Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is required.
• Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and video-first activation.
• Experience with Amazon DSP to drive full-funnel activation and retail media integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to map business goals to activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with Amazon DSP.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex campaigns with integrated social and programmatic strategies.
• Analyze data to uncover consumer insights, optimize for long-term value, and refine attribution models.
• Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to push platform capabilities.
