Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with extensive strategic sourcing experience.
• 2–5 years in leadership roles within strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Deep expertise in supplier negotiations, category management, and cost analytics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across categories and supplier evaluations.
• Establish priorities and plans to support objectives and performance.
• Develop sourcing professionals through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive long-term agreements and value through supplier collaborations.
