Qualifications

• 5-8+ years owning undefined problems in varied domains.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through people who do not report to you.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to engage seriously with technical and commercial material (mining/process engineering, contract structure, financial modeling, software, robotics, autonomy).
• Willingness to travel to mines and refineries (25-50%).
• No mining experience required, but related industries are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own critical, ambiguous problems end-to-end across multiple stakeholders and drive to defined outcomes with high visibility within the company.
• Build and lead teams you won't manage; assemble the right people from across the company for each project and maintain pace without traditional authority.
• Build systems that outlast the project by creating repeatable processes enabling future success.
• Communicate relentlessly and plainly with all levels, setting strategic direction and building consensus.
• Execute with judgment, making decisions in leadership's absence aligned with the company strategy.
