Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology portfolio management, program management, strategic planning, Chief of Staff support, or related roles.
• Experience governing a technology, engineering, R&D, or product-development portfolio with governance and milestones.
• Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team in Chief of Staff or executive operations capacity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff to the BTD — establish leadership rhythm, plan forums, prepare materials, capture commitments, ensure follow-through.
• Own the Advanced Optics development portfolio — prioritize, track milestones, manage risks, and optimize resources.
• Translate complex technical and business information into clear executive recommendations and documents.
• Identify portfolio risks, dependencies, and constraints; build dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Engineering, Finance, HR, and Operations to align priorities.
• Represent and support the BTD in internal and cross-functional engagements.
