Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years supporting Army personnel, workforce, or organizational planning.
• Experience developing strategic communications and executive correspondence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizen with an Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational initiatives affecting workforce readiness and personnel management.
• Support development of workforce strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, white papers, and communications products.
• Evaluate personnel policies, procedures, and organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct workforce trend analysis and strategic assessments.
• Support implementation of Army and AMC workforce initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among G1 stakeholders and organizational leaders.
• Develop recommendations supporting workforce modernization efforts.
