ClickUp is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Specialist in FP&A to partner with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations. You will build forecasts, models, and analyses that guide investments and growth across the organization.

You will own recurring reporting, explain variances, validate assumptions, and translate results into actionable business insights for GTM leaders. This remote role requires strong modeling and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role, with examples of supporting business decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows to streamline financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting, with the ability to validate outputs for accuracy and translate results into actionable business insights
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to organize data and check work for accuracy.
• Experience producing recurring reporting or variance analysis and explaining what the results mean for the business.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex financial information understandable to non-finance partners.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

• Familiarity with financial planning systems or analytics tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.

• Experience assessing resource allocation, investment choices, or the relationship between operating metrics and financial results.
