Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Strategic Communications Advisor in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on developing and executing communications and stakeholder-engagement strategies to advance mission objectives and improve understanding of complex capabilities.

Collaborate with senior leaders, technical experts, and customer organizations to translate complex information into clear narratives, and to produce executive briefs, talking points, and digital content.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience developing strategic communications for senior leaders in IC/Department of War or national security domains.
• Exceptional writing, editing, briefing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical/mission topics for varied audiences.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups and adapting strategies.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling and digital content creation using modern tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the US.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic communication and stakeholder-engagement plans.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging, audience considerations, risks, and engagement opportunities.
• Understand customer missions and priorities to tailor communications.
• Translate technical information into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
• Create executive communications products: briefings, talking points, digital content.
• Develop digital mission storytelling content for immersive environments using platforms like Alleo.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate representation of systems and capabilities.
• Coordinate messaging across customer orgs and with IC, DoD, industry partners.
• Plan leadership engagements, demonstrations, visits, and major communication initiatives.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Support crisis and sensitive-issue communications planning and response.
• Ensure compliance with classification and records management requirements.
