Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to leverage deep pharmacy industry expertise and identify cost-saving opportunities while developing revenue-generating programs.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare strategy or a master's with 3+ years, with strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management. The candidate should have Medicare experience preference and will work within a Total Rewards package including bonus and benefits.
