Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in journalism or related leadership roles.
• Experience mentoring talent and driving editorial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Elevate storytelling skills across reporters and MMJs newsroom-wide.
• Mentor, coach, and develop journalists at all levels with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement cohesive content strategy.
• Oversee writing and development across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
