Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Stormwater / Water Resource engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven track record in planning and design of urban stormwater solutions.
• Minimum 5 years managing teams for stormwater management.
• Hands-on experience with modeling and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow the local stormwater market through business development.
• Partner with Stormwater Leads to execute growth strategies.
• Build and lead stormwater project delivery teams.
• Manage planning and design projects, overseeing contract document development.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project delivery.
