Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. STO Analyst to support highly classified national security space missions. This on-site role in Springfield, VA, is contingent on contract award and focuses on advanced mission analysis, reporting, and senior leadership briefings.

You will coordinate across operations centers, provide feedback on performance, and mentor junior STO staff while advancing automation and capability enhancements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Extensive STO/space operations experience.
• Experience supporting IC or DoD space missions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee complex compartmented STO operations for national security space missions.
• Lead development of high-fidelity operational reports and decision-support products.
• Coordinate mission planning across multiple centers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with ACCM requirements and system performance feedback.
• Identify gaps, risks, and threat implications through in-depth assessments.
• Support acquisition offices with requirements and performance input.
• Assist integration of new capabilities and automation efforts.
• Mentor junior STO personnel and oversee team execution.
