You will develop and maintain sterilization processes, ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance while collaborating with a diverse team of scientists.

The role emphasizes microbiology expertise, validation activities, and the ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Food Science or related field is required.
• Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of related experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and/or Food Science industries.
• Experience with sterilization/microbiological validations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and present information on microbiology and cleanliness related to manufacturing and finished devices.
• Complete sterilization validations or product adoptions of new products and technologies.
• Support audits (regulatory and supplier) and verify product quality issues are addressed.
• Conduct technical assessments of contract sterilizers, manufacturers, and laboratories.
