Job summary

Qualifications

• CPhT certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile IV medications per USP 797/800, including TPNs, chemotherapy, and IV infusions.
• Process and distribute medication orders accurately with pharmacists and providers.
• Maintain medication and supply inventory to support operations.
• Coordinate deliveries and pharmacy communications across staff.
• Support QA, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
