Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee seasonal employee lifecycle, including onboarding and training.
• Support recruiting by attracting and nurturing talent.
• Oversee program curricula, activities, and collaboration with teams.
• Lead in-person and online program operations across locations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide timely feedback.
