Job summary

Stellantis Certified Technician role seeks an expert in diagnosing and repairing advanced Stellantis vehicles across brands such as Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. The candidate must hold Level 3 (Expert Phase 3) certification and demonstrate strong powertrain experience.

You will perform engine, transmission, electrical and drivability repairs, use wiTECH for programming and updates, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining high repair quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold Stellantis Level 3 (Expert Phase 3) certification.
• Strong diagnostics skills across engines, transmissions and drivetrains.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and program complex vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Perform major engine, transmission, powertrain, and diesel repairs.
• Complete module programming and software updates using Stellantis wiTECH.
• Perform warranty and recall repairs to factory standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure repair quality.
• Document repairs accurately and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Maintain Stellantis certifications and mentor junior technicians.
