L3Harris is seeking a Statistician in West Palm Beach, FL, to apply statistical methods across a diverse product line and collaborate with statisticians, engineers, and managers to provide statistics expertise for engineering, operations, and business applications.

The role requires ingenuity to solve complex problems, timely delivery, and the ability to communicate analysis approaches to non-statistical audiences during design reviews and Flight Readiness Reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Promote statistical thinking by proactively offering statistical leadership and solutions to cross-functional teams supporting production and development programs.
Identify and lead Six Sigma efforts across various sites and apply statistical quality control to operations.
Contribute to discipline growth by improving procedures, best practices, and training; develop new applications of existing statistical tools.
Ability to obtain a Secret U.S. security clearance.
