Job summary

OBAN Corporation, based in the Washington DC area, is recruiting for roles supporting federal government clients. The position requires obtaining and maintaining government security clearances and a strong background in data analysis and policy advisory.

The successful candidate will design experiments, analyze quantitative data, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop experimental designs, develop sample designs, and define procedures for experiments.
• Collate, evaluate, interpret and present quantitative data; provide insights to clients.
• Monitor data collection and use of statistical modeling; present findings to clients.
• Leverage AI tools to augment human analysis.
• Provide quality assurance for work products of junior staff.
