Job summary

CJNovum is seeking an experienced Lead Statistical Programmer to support and direct the Statistical Programming Team across global projects. The role includes mentoring, technical leadership, and collaboration with CROs to ensure timely and compliant delivery of all programming outputs for clinical studies.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 5+ years in statistical programming within biotech/pharma with a proven track record.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and standard regulatory expectations.
• Strong SAS programming skills and SDTM/ADaM knowledge.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with CROs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Statistical Programming Team and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CROs and project teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and document programs for SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables, and listings; ensure regulatory readiness.
