WSP USA is seeking a Parking/Stations Program Manager for our Chicago, IL office. You will manage complex transportation and infrastructure projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, design-team assembly, budgeting, scheduling, and adherence to building codes. A professional license in Illinois is expected, with extensive PM experience in transportation facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering with a focus on facility-type experience.
• 12+ years of experience (at least 10 years in design and 8 years in project management).
• Professional licensure (R.A.) in Illinois.
• Knowledgeable in state and city building codes.
• Well-versed in assembling contract documents.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish with multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate goals and progress to stakeholders.
