Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience with METASYS system is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems for museum facilities.
• Escorts contractors and supervises work.
• Perform emergency response during natural disasters.

Skills

Working knowledge of A/C, heating, steam boilers, chillers

Able to read building prints

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Valid Texas driver license

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
