Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to handle complex litigation and multi-divisional matters.

Responsabilités

• Represent the State’s interests in high-profile, multi-divisional litigation.
• Provide counsel to state agencies and executive administration.
• Oversee case preparation and trial readiness across pretrial, trial, and appellate stages.
• Conduct discovery, prepare pleadings, briefs, and memoranda, and coordinate with other governmental bodies.
• Attend hearings, trials, and public events as needed and manage sensitive information.
