Torrey Holistics is seeking a Senior Stamping Press Changeover Specialist in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead setups on large stamping presses, dial in progressive dies, and mentor junior operators to ensure first-piece quality and on-time starts.

You will interpret blueprints, apply tolerance checks with calipers and micrometers, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must read complex blueprints and routings accurately.
• Experience with large stamping presses and tooling required.
• Strong attention to quality and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large stamping presses for optimal quality and throughput.
• Install and dial in complex tooling including progressive dies.
• Lead root cause analysis for die or press issues and coordinate repairs.
• Train and mentor Set-Up Operators to improve repeatability of setups.
• Capture and update work instructions to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Enter production and quality data into company systems and maintain a clean area.
