Job summary

Wagstaff Inc. is seeking skilled welders for stainless steel glovebox fabrication in our Applied Technologies division. The role focuses on TIG/MIG welding, straightening, and welding exotic metals under Nuclear QA standards.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of welding experience, familiarity with GTAW and MIG processes, and the ability to read technical drawings. The work schedule is 10-hour shifts Mon-Thu, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years welding experience or equivalent certification.
• Experience with TIG, MIG welding and related procedures.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and welding docs.

Responsibilities

• TIG Welding and MIG Welding per WPS guidelines.
• Fabricate stainless steel and related metals.
• Read prints and plan welding operations.
• Mentor teammates to develop welding skills.
• Maintain weld records and traceability.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Complete quality verifications and build records.
• Identify process improvements.
