Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Waynesboro, VA, is seeking a Senior Staff Test Design Hardware Engineer to design and verify complex hardware for secure programs. You will lead a team, develop analog/digital hardware, and ensure testability across panels and interfaces. A active U.S. Secret clearance is required and Special Program Access is possible.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, lab testing, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver reliable, secure systems on schedule.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS/PhD with relevant STEM field and extensive hardware experience.
  • Experience in mixed-signal hardware design (analog/digital).
  • Experience with lab test equipment and high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design flexible HW solutions with a skilled team.
  • Create hardware design artifacts: schematics, panels, interconnects.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
