Vantor in Westminster, CO is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer with Site Reliability experience to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and observability of the Vantor Hub platform. You will build and operate CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services, and work across commercial and government environments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS and containerization skills, and is a U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS, or related field.
8+ years in DevOps, Platform or SRE with production ownership.
Experience operating in multi-account AWS environments.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
SRE practices: SLIs/SLAs, error budgets, incident reviews.
Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability engineering for Vantor Hub and infra services.
Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.
Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services.
Troubleshoot complex deployment, networking, and performance issues.
Improve service availability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with teams across commercial and government AWS environments.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
Leverage AI tools to speed up design, testing, and documentation.
