Qualifications

• Experience driving technical and process improvements across engineering organizations.
• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, CS, or related field (preferred).
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization with cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading technical strategy, scaling architecture, and anticipating obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term engineering strategy, incorporating priorities and tech shifts.
• Own key technical decisions, guiding design tradeoffs, safety, and risk management.
• Identify system hotspots to improve technical health and remove barriers to productivity.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure features are built consistently across platforms.
