You will collaborate with product, UX, and partner teams to align execution with strategy, while overseeing scalability, security, and engineering excellence. You will also mentor senior engineers to shape technical direction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 7 years of full stack development across back-end and front-end.
• 5 years of design, architecture, and launching software products.

Responsibilities

• Set technical goals, roadmap, and architecture for Colab.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and partner teams to align execution with strategy.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, security, and engineering excellence of Colab systems.
• Scale team velocity by adopting best engineering tools and practices.
