Job summary

Google in Mountain View, CA seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Generative AI, Search Intelligence to lead advanced ML initiatives across large-scale systems. Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in software development.

This is a quality and modeling IC/TL role to leverage user signals across Search in managing improvements to OneRecipe, and AI Mode and AI Overviews out-of-model and prompted capabilities.

You will build products that impact billions of users while leading technical contributions in a team to make it happen. The role will benefit from a creative problem solver, focused on innovation, and willing to take calculated risks.
