Job summary

Intuit, a global financial platform company, is seeking a senior engineering leader for the FLP Tech team. You will contribute to enterprise tools and applications, partnering with business, developers, product managers and analysts in an Agile Scrum environment.

You will mentor teams, drive results across cross-functional partners, and help scale AI-native features using SageMaker, LangChain, and large language models, while communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments.
• 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.

The Finance Legal Privacy (FLP) Tech team is the steward of Intuit's finance experience when it comes to enterprise tools and applications. Our mission is to create an environment where our employees finance and sourcing teams, and our partners can get the best experience. You will be part of a cross-functional team, working with a mix of business partners, developers, product managers and other analysts in an Agile Scrum team.

Qualifications

• Full-stack development experience with AI technologies/tools and apply it to user experiences or backend solutions.


• Experience with AI technologies like SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, Python


• Experience with at least one of the following:


• Front-end technologies like React, Angular, SwiftUI (iOS), Kotlin (Android)


• Back-end technologies like Java, Typescript, Spring, Express (NodeJS)


• Prior working experience in a cloud computing environment like AWS/GCP is highly desired.


• Prior experience working in teams that have built AI native applications for 1+ years


• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area
