Signify Health is building a unified technology platform for value-based care, transforming how care is delivered. We seek a Staff Software Engineer to design, build and operate large-scale distributed systems that power health‑care outcomes.

You will lead initiatives, mentor others, and collaborate across teams using modern tech (Kafka, REST, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development and strong CS fundamentals.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (C++, C#, Java, Golang, JS/TS, Python or similar).
• Experience shipping large-scale, distributed systems end-to-end.
• Solid SQL and RDBMS knowledge; cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams; willingness to travel.
